127 responded to a business on 4th Avenue for a fire alarm activation. Crews determined a printer to be the source of the alarm after a piece of paper had become lodged causing it to overheat.

127 responded to a residence on Mulberry Street for a report of an odor of natural gas in the structure. Crews on scene found high levels of carbon monoxide in the residence and determined the source to be a clogged chimney.

127 responded to a residential fire alarm on the 1000 block of Ridge Avenue. Crews found the alarm to be false as a result of a cooking accident.

127 responded to an MVA on the 1500 block of 5th Avenue. No injuries were present. Crews spread oil-dry over the scene due to a gasoline leak from one of the vehicles.

127 responded to a transformer sparking in the area of 7th and Wood St. Crews found no active fire but determined the transformer had blown out due to a power outage in the area.

127 responded to Cornell School District for a fire alarm activation. Crews searched the building and found no evidence of an active fire and determined the alarm to be a faulty detector.

127 responded to an odor of natural gas in a structure on 4th Avenue. The structure was searched with a gas meter and yielded negative results.

127 responded to a fire alarm at the Coraopolis Towers on First Avenue. Crews determined the cause to be a cooking accident. Apartment was ventilated for residual smoke.

127 responded with Stations 181 and 244 for a report of a motor vehicle accident on I-79. No accident was located following a thorough search of the area.

127 responded to a report of a dumpster on fire on Fourth Avenue. Crews on scene extinguished the fire with a trash line. Assisted by Station 205.

127 responded along with Station 205 to State Manor Apartments on State Avenue to a report of a burning odor on the third floor. Crews tracked down the source and determined it to be an extinguished trash fire in an apartment.

127 responded to a report of an odor of natural gas in an apartment complex on Ridge Avenue. Units investigated and found no trace of a gas leak. One patient transported by Valley Ambulance for general sickness.

127 responded to a smoke alarm at a residence on Chess St. The cause was determined to be a faulty smoke detector, no active fire was found.

127 responded to a report of a transformer arcing and throwing sparks on Arch St. Units secured the scene until the utility company arrived.

127 responded to Heritage Valley Medical Group on Fifth Avenue for a report of a burning odor and smoke filling the structure. Units investigated and found the cause to be a burned out heater motor due to a power short circuit.
